  This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had when having a prescription filled. The most recent experience was 11/11/2015. I took the prescription , which was for my mother and had many items on it, into the chemist at about 10:15 am. I indicated that I would collect it around lunch time. My Daughter who was with me that morning offered to collect the prescription. This was about 12;15pm. The prescription had not been filled and in fact could not be found. Several members of staff looked for the prescription and it was eventually found. My daughter had to wait a further 30minutes while they processed the prescription, however there were 2 items unavailable, one of which was for a heart condition. My daughter was assured that the items would be delivered to my mother directly the next day. I telephoned later that day and was assured that this was correct. At 3:00 pm on the 12/11/2015, I contacted my mother to make sure she had received her prescription and was informed that the 2 items had not been delivered. On contacting the chemist again, I was informed that the items arrived in the chemist too late for the delivery driver to take out. At no time were we contacted to be advised of the situation. this was not the first time we have used this chemist and the previous experiences were similar. I WILL NEVER USE THIS CHEMIST AGAIN THEY SEEM TOTALLY INCAPABLE OF PROVIDING A DECENT SERVICE.
